Rules for the contest.

1) Country needs to send native singers. Singer needs to have 50% nationality of country he/she was selected for. It there's a group, half of the members need to have that country nationality.

 

2) If country is participating in the semi - final, it needs to vote. All countries are voting in the Grand Final. Who doesn't - get strike. 3 strikes = No more access to the contest as player.

 

3) Song can have 50M views on YouTube. But not more.

 

Borrowing rules:

 

There are some little islands and dependent territories, which music industry is small. So, they can borrow from countries they belong to. Borrowed song can have 500 000 views on YouTube, not more. This rule can change in the future.

 

American Samoa can borrow from United States.

 

Bouvet Island can borrow from Norway.

 

British Indian Ocean Territory; Falkland Islands; Pitcairn islands; Saint Helena, Ascension & Tristan da Cunha; South Georgia & the South Sandwich Islands can borrow from United Kingdom.

 

Christmas island, Cocos (Keeling) islands, Norfolk islands can borrow from Australia.

 

Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau can borrow from New Zealand.

 

French Polynesia, French Southern and Antarctic lands, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Reunion, Wallis And Futuna can borrow from France.
